Kim & Daniel planned an amazing 50s inspired wedding at Quainton, The Buckinghamshire Railway Centre. It’s such an special, unusual venue, where you can get married on a train platform, flanked by two old steam trains, pretty bloody cool!!!! All your guests even get to have a trip on a steam train up and down the old Quainton branch line and the original platforms are there for groups and portraits. I love it, it’s just so different and a lot of fun. While everyone’s out enjoying their train ride and drinks and nibbles the indoor platforms are being turned around for the wedding breakfast
Kim made so many things including all the bead and button bouquets, personalised jam jars for guests to drink out of and all the little decorations and signs dotted about everywhere. She did an amazing job, it all looked amazing. Her bridesmaids looked amazing in their 50s style red floral dresses with huge petticoats and the boys looked equally stylish with their hand crafted buttonholes.
A huge thank you to Kim & Daniel for booking me to photograph your wedding and also many thanks to Rob Burress for 2nd shooting, I couldn’t have done it without you!!!
