Lucy & Dom – Great Fosters Wedding

Great Fosters Wedding - 0001

On a lovely, sparkly, frosty morning in November Lucy & Dom were married at Great Fosters in Surrey.  A Great Fosters wedding always promises to be a feast for the eyes as you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful setting but on this morning it surpassed expectation!

I was given an in sight into Lucy and Dom’s playful nature when I received their ‘save the date card’ which  you can see with their engagement photo’s.  The save the date card was pretty impressive but the invitation was AWESOME!!! An actual book with an illustrated cover and full details of the wedding inside and to top it off the back of the book was like one of those secret books for hiding things in with a little compartment for the R.S.V.P.  so much fun!!!  Dom made their table plan which was all their favourite books strung onto wires with the guests names on the back and their favours were baby Christmas trees for all their guests to take home and plant.

Despite all these funky little details what I loved about these guys the most is that is was very clear how much they were in love and all they really wanted to do was share this with their friends and family and they did that in real style.

There were so many great moments that I was able to document for them such as Lucy and her Dad practicing walking up the aisle when getting ready (and having a little impromptu dance).  The excitement of Dom arriving in the Porsche that Lucy had booked as a surprise for him.  Everyone of their guests singing ‘It must be love’ by Madness at the end of the wedding ceremony and of course the flash mob ‘Gangnam Style’ dance!!

Congratulations Mr and Mrs George. I wish you an amazing life together!

P.S. If you want a great live band at your wedding then look no further than ‘The Redfords’.
