Jason & Melissa - Hassop Hall Wedding

Jason and Melissa got married in Chesterfield in July.  They were married in St Paul’s Church in Hasland and later the reception was held at the very beautiful Hassop Hall.

What I love about Jason & Melissa is that they are so relaxed.  Nothing seems to phase them, so it was really sweet when Melissa told me after the wedding that she relaxed when I arrived because it meant everything was going to plan.  Melissa’s Dad is ‘uber’ relaxed.  When I arrived he was watering his tomatoes and making bacon sandwiches.

They were married in St Pauls Church in Hasland and Melissa was so early that the driver had to do a couple of laps round the block before he let her out of the car to allow all the guests to arrive.

Melissa’s flowers were gorgeous, cream and gold and this theme was carried through to the reception where the tables were decorated with single stem roses and guests received favours of home made lemon curd in tiny jars.

It looked like it was going to rain all day but the sun came out everytime we needed it to.  I think this is the most laughter filled wedding I have ever been to, it was a pleasure to photograph every minute.
